How does LandOrc work?

Land NFT tokens (LandNFT) : non-fungible token, based on Ethereum’s ERC-721 standard that represents a digital form of the property title and allows the storage of verified data and facilitates the property transaction.
LandOrc tokens (LORC) : based on the ERC20 standard, LORC provides digital asset owners with the means to bet on property development projects available on the LandOrc platform.
Land Governance Tokens (LGOV) : token that allows any community member to vote on key decisions on the platform. A minimum threshold vote is needed among all LGOV tokens issued to allow a property development project to be available to stake on the platform.
